DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

At Unitea, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any unopened packages of tea. Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened packages of tea.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you receive a damaged or defective package of tea, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for the damaged or defective product.
